How to use high frequency induction heating equipment to perform spherical quenching treatment?

First, single-turn or multi-turn high-frequency induction heating equipment can be used to quench the inner surface of the circular hole.

Second, a U-shaped coil made of copper tube can be used and a magnetic conductor can be installed in the coil. By changing the distribution state of the magnetic lines of force, the high-frequency current can be distributed from the inside to the outside to improve the efficiency of the permeability, and then the surface of the inner hole can be quenched and heat treated.

Third, copper wire can be wound into a circular induction coil to quench the inner surface of the round hole. For example, for an inner hole with a diameter of 20mm and a thickness of 8mm, the induction coil should be wound into a spiral with a copper wire with a diameter of 2mm. The number of turns is 7.5. The distance between the coils is 2.7-3.2MM, and the coil and the workpiece are placed in clean water.

When the current passes through the induction coil, a magnetic field is generated around the workpiece. When the inner hole of the workpiece is heated and the surface reaches a certain temperature, the surrounding water vaporizes into a vapor film to isolate the workpiece from the water, and the surface temperature of the workpiece rapidly rises to quenching The required temperature. At this time, after the power is cut off, the vapor film will quickly disappear, and the workpiece will be rapidly cooled, but the induction coil has been in the water without generating heat.
