Reasons for the ignition of the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil

Reasons for the ignition of the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil:

1. The lining of the intermediate frequency heating furnace is damaged, and the oxide skin of the forging blank falls off and contacts the copper tube of the coil, causing a short circuit between the turns of the coil, which causes the ignition between the turns of the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil.

2. The lining of the intermediate frequency heating furnace was wet in the past. When the forging blank is heated, the moisture of the lining material is suddenly heated and vaporized, and it will seep out through the capillary pores of the coil slurry. When the coil with a relatively low temperature is encountered, it will immediately condense into water droplets. Water is a conductor and immediately causes a fire.

3. Due to quality or welding quality problems, the copper tube of the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil has water seepage or leakage, which will cause the coil to ignite.

4. During the operation of the intermediate frequency heating furnace, iron filings or metal dust gather on the surface of the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil, which will also cause short-circuit ignition of the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil.

5. The insulation treatment of the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil is not good, and the inter-turn ignition of the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil caused by the insulation damage between the turns.

6. The intermediate frequency heating furnace coil is ignited after the intermediate frequency heating furnace coil is fixed after the bakelite column is preheated and carbonized.
