Installation method and process of high frequency quenching equipment

Installation method and process of high frequency quenching equipment

1. The power supply is connected to the main contactor from the bottom of the operating unit of the oscillation cabinet. After the thyristor is input, it is connected to the input end of the transformer. The incoming line does not need a zero line, but if the machine tool used requires a zero line, it can be connected to the zero line. There is a screw on the lower part of the back of the oscillation cabinet which is the ground terminal, which must be connected with the ground screw of the transformer protection grid. At the same time, it must be connected to the ground or the frame ground of the workshop.

2. The high-voltage wiring is made of 30-angle steel bent into a U-shaped shape, about 300mm high from the top of the cabinet, and connected to the porcelain cup screw rod of the transformer and the ceramic cup screw rod of the oscillating cabinet.

3. If it is equipped with a quenching machine tool, then there will be a heating control line to be connected to the high-frequency cabinet. There are terminals 36 and 42 above the high-frequency water pressure relay. You only need to connect the heating switch signal to these two ends. , But at the same time, the self-protection end of the heating contactor should be removed, that is, the self-protection point 42 of the KM4 and the 36th wire should be disconnected.

4. The water connection of the power supply of the automatic high-frequency quenching equipment can refer to the arrow indication on the high-frequency base. After connecting, it can be considered to check whether the flow direction of the pipeline is correct. When using the sensor to spray water for quenching, the water of the sensor is connected to the water outlet of the water jet valve of the machine tool. If a separate water spray ring is used to spray water, the water channel of the sensor should be connected in series with the water outlet of the outer ring of the quenching transformer, and then connected to the high Frequent water outlets.

  1. The waterway links of the power supply of the automatic high-frequency quenching equipment are all fastened with stainless steel pipes, or 2.5mm copper wires are used to fasten them.
