1. Selection of control mode of automatic control system for round steel induction heating furnace:

The control mode of the equipment is divided into two working modes: “automatic” and “manual control”. The switching of the two working modes is selected by the working mode selection switch on the console. Under the default conditions, the system is set to be in the “manual control” position.

After the system enters the selection of “automatic” control mode, it will automatically enter the automatic man-machine interface. After entering this interface, you can enter the corresponding production data. The input of production data can be directly entered in the data box of the interface. After the data is input, you can click the automatic control start button; after entering the automatic control state, the current control state will be displayed in the alarm prompt bar. After entering the automatic control state, if there are problems or missing items in the input production parameters, the system will give a prompt.

After entering the automatic control, the system first analyzes the input data and sets the preliminary power according to the relationship curve between the mathematical model and the power temperature. Then the PID parameters of the system are determined, and the output power of the power supply is adjusted randomly. It has received very good results in practical terms. Effectively overcome the initial overshoot or oscillation of PID adjustment.
