How to check the capacitor for oil leakage in the induction heating furnace?
Check the induction heating furnace capacitor for oil leakage. If oil leaks at the capacitor terminal, use a wrench to tighten the nut at the bottom of the terminal. If it is found that the resistance temperature of the RC protection of the induction heating furnace rectification is obviously different from other resistances, you should immediately check the cause, whether the capacitor is open circuit or the resistance has been damaged, etc. Generally, the reactor will obviously have a buzzing sound when it is turned on, and it will feel a little jittery. If the induction heating furnace detects the abnormal temperature of the thyristor, you should check the cause immediately to see if the water pipe is folded, causing the water flow to be insufficient and heating, or there is dirt clogging in the thyristor sleeve.
