(1) Both ends of all control wires in the electrical equipment room should be marked with terminal numbers to facilitate inspection and maintenance. (2) Before the inductor is connected to water, the insulation resistance of the inductor shall be checked and an L withstand voltage test shall be performed. If the sensor has been watered, you need to use compressed air to dry the water, and then perform the above test. If the insulation resistance is found to be low, the inductor should be dried. It can be dried with the help of a heater placed in the furnace or blowing hot air. At this time, however, care should be taken to prevent local overheating that is harmful to the insulation.

(3) Each core bolt of the magnetic yoke should have good insulation to the silicon steel sheet and to the ground. When measured with a 1000 volt shaker, the insulation resistance value should not be lower than 1 megohm.
