Structure of multifunctional quenching machine tool

The complete set of quenching equipment consists of four parts: induction heating power supply, quenching machine tool, cooling system (including quenching liquid cooling system and power supply, transformer, capacitor, inductor equipment cooling system), and quenching system (transformer, inductor, etc.). The multi-functional quenching machine is a horizontal fully enclosed structure. The front and rear tops are used to clamp the parts, and the parts are driven to rotate by the rotating motor; the heated parts, the inductor and the transformer form the inductance branch of the resonant circuit, and the inductor is connected to the secondary of the transformer. The parallel resonant circuit composed of the primary and the capacitor is directly connected with the intermediate frequency power supply, and they together constitute the load of the power supply. The cables of the power supply and the resonant circuit, and the cooling water pipes of the cooling transformer and capacitor are placed on the drag chain, and moved forward and backward together with the transformer and capacitor under the drive of the servo motor. The rotating motor is controlled by the frequency converter, the servo motor is driven by the servo driver, and the output energy of the intermediate frequency power supply is realized under the control of the industrial computer.
