The advantages of SCR using stacked radiator components

The thyristor of the rectifier part of the induction melting furnace uses the latest stacked radiator assembly as shown in the figure below.

This installation method makes the disassembly and assembly of the thyristor more convenient and scientific. When the thyristor is replaced, any thyristor element in the assembly can be replaced by loosening a top bolt. There is a scale on the radiator assembly for reference when tightening, which can ensure the correct pressing force between the thyristor and the radiator. Moreover, this installation method fully reduces the volume of the SCR component and increases the operating space in the electrical cabinet.
