Specific process of quenching and heat treatment of disc saw blade by high frequency induction quenching equipment

The material of this saw blade is equivalent to T10 steel (the difference is mainly tungsten content), the length of each disc is 400mm, the width of the saw blade is 6-38mm, the thickness of the saw blade is 0.4-1.3mm, and the number of teeth per inch (1 inch is 25.4mm) is 3-32. The process route is: overall quenching-tempering (hardness 380-430HV)-tooth opening-tooth induction hardening (the tooth groove cannot be heated)-low temperature tempering, and the complete set of equipment also has a correction power supply. High-frequency induction hardening equipment is used for quenching heat treatment. The quenching method is scanning quenching, and the scanning speed is 5-15m/min. The requirement of sawtooth induction hardening is: only the teeth need to be hardened, but the tooth grooves cannot be hardened.

Many manufacturers use high-frequency induction hardening equipment for quenching heat treatment, and the hardness and wear resistance of the produced disc saw blades are greatly improved, which meets the requirements of the work. Even better, this process is suitable for large-scale large-scale production, which can greatly improve the work efficiency of workers.
