Mica board

Mica board

Mica board is made of high-quality muscovite paper or phlogopite paper as raw materials, bonded with high-temperature silicone resin, and baked and pressed into a rigid plate-shaped insulating material. It has excellent insulation properties and high temperature resistance. It can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 500-850 ℃. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical and other industries, such as industrial frequency furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, electric arc furnaces, steelmaking furnaces, and mines. Hot furnace, ferroalloy furnace, electrolytic aluminum electrolytic cell, injection molding machine motor insulation, etc. Product performance: excellent high temperature resistance insulation performance, the highest temperature resistance is up to 1050 ℃. Excellent electrical insulation performance, dielectric strength is greater than 30KV/m. Excellent bending strength and processing performance, the product has high bending strength and excellent toughness, and can be stamped into various shapes without delamination. Excellent environmental performance, less smoke and odor when heated, even smokeless and tasteless. The specification of the whole mica board: length * width: 2400 x 1200mm 3600 x 1200mm (the thickness is not limited). Various sizes of mica boards and mica shaped parts can be processed according to customer requirements, and various parts can be stamped according to the drawings.
