Requirements for plant layout of induction melting furnace
Requirements for plant layout of induction melting furnace
(1) The intermediate frequency power supply and compensation capacitor cabinet should be well isolated from the induksiya əriməsi sobası to prevent high temperature, moisture, dust and corrosive gas from immersing the intermediate frequency power supply and intermediate frequency capacitors to reduce equipment failures and extend the service life of the equipment.
(2) The connection cable between the induction melting furnace body and the compensation capacitor cabinet should be as short as possible to reduce losses and improve the electrical efficiency of the equipment.
(3) The busbar bracket of the induction melting furnace or the inductor cannot form a loop to prevent the induction of intermediate frequency current during operation, which may cause the bracket to heat up.
(4) Since many parts and components of the induction melting furnace are cooled by water, it is inevitable that there will be water leakage. Therefore, a good and reliable drainage and ventilation device is required.
(5) The workshop and the intermediate frequency power supply must be isolated and communicate with each other so that the staff can understand the operation of the equipment at any time.
(6) There must be a reliable backup water source. When there is a sudden water cut or power outage, it can be ensured that the sensor part will not be cut off and can still be fully cooled.
(7) Emergency generator set or high-level water tank should be equipped. .
(8) The induction melting furnace should be as close as possible to the power supply and water source. It is best to equip a transformer separately to reduce the impact of harmonics on other electrical equipment. For induction melting furnaces with power greater than 500KW, special rectifier transformers should be used to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid.
