Experimental electric furnace ashing process method for industrial rubber
The specific process of ashing treatment of halogen-free industrial rubber is as follows:
1. Weigh about 0.15 g of finely cut sample (weigh to 0.0001g) in a 100mL porcelain crucible, put it in a (550±25) ℃ experimental electric furnace and heat it for about 30 minutes, take it out and place it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature. Take out and weigh.
2. Then put the weighed sample into the crucible in the hole of the asbestos plate, and slowly heat the crucible with a graphite digester in a properly exhausted fume hood to prevent the sample from catching fire or splashing or overflowing. After the rubber sample is decomposed and carbonized, the temperature is increased until the volatile decomposition products are almost exhausted, leaving only dry carbonized residues.
3. Move the crucible containing the residue into the experimental electric furnace at a temperature of (550±25) ℃, and continue to heat it until it becomes clean ash under ventilation.
4. Take out the ash crucible from the experimental electric furnace, put it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature, and weigh it to the nearest 0.1 mg.
5. Put the ash-containing crucible again into the experimental electric furnace at (550±25) ℃ or (950±25) ℃ for about 30 minutes, take it out and place it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature, take it out and weigh it again.
6. Repeat the above steps, heating and cooling, until the weight difference is not more than 1mg.
