Masonry standards for refractory bricks
Masonry standards for makapugong nga mga tisa
(1) Keep the kiln clean. When the quality of the refractory bricks is not considered, the degree of adhesion between the refractory bricks and the kiln body determines the service life of the refractory bricks. Therefore, when the refractory bricks are built, the kiln must be clean and there should be no loosening. Small particles are attached to the kiln body, so as to ensure the closest contact and adhesion between the refractory bricks and the kiln body.
(2) Standardize the masonry plane. The first masonry in the kiln body is very important. It determines the future repair of the refractory bricks. Therefore, the level of each refractory brick must be standardized during the masonry process, so as to effectively ensure that the bricks are built According to the highest standards.
(3) No gaps are left during masonry. Except for the great expansion of magnesia-chrome bricks, the gap between bricks and bricks should not exceed 1.5mm when building other refractory bricks. At the same time, the refractory bricks should be laid in the same direction and cannot be placed randomly. At the same time, a rubber hammer should be used for fixing to prevent the phenomenon of falling off during the use of the rotary kiln.
