The product has: light weight, stable mechanical properties, excellent insulation properties, and can cover a voltage range of 10kV-1000kV. The product’s tensile performance is particularly outstanding, with its tensile strength reaching 1360Mpa or above
A. Product introduction
The epoxy glass fiber drawing rod is made of high-strength aramid fiber and glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin matrix after high temperature pultrusion. It has the characteristics of super high strength, excellent wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent high temperature resistance. Products are suitable for electrolytic aluminum plants, steel plants, high-temperature metallurgical equipment, ultra-high voltage electrical equipment, aerospace fields, transformers, capacitors, reactors, high-voltage switches and other high-voltage electrical appliances.
B. Product performance
1. Due to the continuous pultrusion of aramid fiber and glass fiber, the product has excellent resistance to mechanical pressure and mechanical tension. Its tensile strength reaches 1500MPa, far exceeding the 570Mpa index of No. 45 precision cast steel. Excellent electrical performance, withstand voltage rating of 10kV-1000kV voltage range. Strong corrosion resistance, high bending strength, not easy to bend, easy to use and so on.
2. The allowable long-term working temperature of the product is 170-210℃; the maximum short-circuit working temperature of the product is 260℃ (less than 5 seconds).
3. Due to the use of high-quality release agent, the surface of the product is guaranteed to be very smooth, without color difference, without burrs, and without scratches.
4. The heat resistance grade and insulation grade of the product reach H grade.
