2. The allowable long-term working temperature of this product is 170-210℃; the maximum short-circuit working temperature of the product is 230℃ (the time is less than 5 seconds).

 

3. This product adopts Germany imported mold release agent to ensure that the surface of the product is very smooth, without color difference, without burrs, and without scratches.

 

4. The heat resistance grade and insulation grade of this product have reached H grade, which is an ideal substitute for unsaturated molded MPI products.

In order to improve the product’s requirements for acid resistance and high temperature environment, four grades of products are divided into ordinary insulation rods, acid resistant insulation rods, high temperature resistant insulation rods, and high temperature and acid resistant insulation rods.
