1. Product introduction

Insulation bolts are made of glass fiber filaments impregnated with epoxy resin matrix by high temperature pultrusion. The company adopts a full CNC vacuum demoulding pultrusion technology production line, which has reached the current domestic level. It is equipped with an online speed tracker and a temperature control system to improve the uniformity and heat resistance of the insulation rod. 2. Product performance

1. Because this product adopts continuous pultrusion, every glass filament in the product is guaranteed to be a whole filament. This makes the product’s resistance to mechanical pressure and mechanical tension very excellent, and its tensile strength reaches 1360MPa, which far exceeds the tensile strength of No. 45 precision cast steel, which is 570Mpa. Excellent electrical performance, withstand voltage rating of 10kV-1000kV voltage range. Strong corrosion resistance, high bending strength, not easy to bend, easy to use and so on.

2. The allowable long-term working temperature of this product is 170-210℃; the maximum short-circuit working temperature of the product is 230℃ (the time is less than 5 seconds).

3. This product adopts Germany imported mold release agent to ensure that the surface of the product is very smooth, without color difference, without burrs, and without scratches.

4. The heat resistance grade and insulation grade of this product have reached H grade, which is an ideal substitute for unsaturated molded MPI products.

In order to improve the product’s requirements for acid resistance and high temperature environment, four grades of products are divided into ordinary insulation rods, acid resistant insulation rods, high temperature resistant insulation rods, and high temperature and acid resistant insulation rods.
