Common faults and maintenance of high temperature muffle furnace

1) After the power switch of the high temperature muffle furnace is turned on, the indicator light of the 101 meter is on and the relay is turned on, but why the high temperature muffle furnace body does not heat up? How to deal with it?

This indicates that AC power has been added to the furnace wire loop. But the loop is not connected and there is no heating current. Based on this, it can be inferred that the furnace wire or fuse has been blown. After checking with a multimeter, replace the furnace wire or fuse. It should be noted here that in many cases, the furnace wire joints may be burnt.

2) After the power switch of the high temperature muffle furnace is closed, the indicator light of the 101 meter is on, but the relay does not turn on (the sound of turning on is not heard) or the thyristor does not conduct. What is the reason?

There are two reasons for this problem. One is that the power supply is not applied to the coil of the relay or the control pole of the thyristor; the other is that the relay coil is open or the thyristor is damaged; so. Find the cause of the fault from the following aspects :

(1) The DC relay inside the 101 meter has poor contact due to long-term use;

(2) The relay coil is open or the SCR control pole is damaged;

(3) The wire or joint from the 101 meter to the relay or thyristor is open. After checking the above points, polish the contacts with emery cloth or replace the relay or thyristor.
