Postupak žarenja

Žarenje je proces toplinske obrade u kojem se metali i legure zagrijavaju na odgovarajuću temperaturu, drže određeno vrijeme, a zatim se polagano hlade. Nakon žarenja, hipoeutektoidni čelik je ferit i perlitni perlit; eutektoidni čelik ili hipereutektoidni čelik je zrnati perlit. Ukratko, žarena struktura je struktura bliska ravnotežnom stanju.

Svrha žarenja

①Smanjite tvrdoću čelika i poboljšajte plastičnost kako biste olakšali rezanje i hladnu deformaciju.

② Refine the grain, eliminate the structural defects caused by casting, forging and welding, uniformize the structure and composition of the steel, improve the performance of the steel or prepare the structure for the subsequent heat treatment.

③ Eliminate the internal stress in the steel to prevent deformation and cracking.
