Precautions for installation of high temperature electric furnace wire
Precautions for installation of gwo tanperati elektrik gwo founo dife fil
(1) In order to reduce the temperature of the leading end of the lead rod, the diameter of the lead rod should generally be equal to or greater than 3 times the diameter of the furnace wire. The lead rod is generally made of heat-resistant steel, and the cross section is mostly circular;
(2) Drilling welding or milling groove welding is generally used when welding linear iron-chromium-aluminum furnace wires and lead rods; lap welding is generally used when welding linear and ribbon nickel-chromium furnace wires and lead rods. In order to ensure the strength of the furnace wire in the welding zone, a 5-10mm non-welded area should be left at the end during lap welding;
(3) The welding between the linear iron-chromium-aluminum furnace wires is generally drilled welding or milling groove welding; the welding between the linear nickel-chromium furnace wires is generally lap welding; the band-shaped nickel-chromium furnace wire and the iron-chromium-aluminum furnace wire Lap welding is often used;
(4) The connection between the lead rod and the furnace shell must be sealed, firm and insulated. The lead rod is inserted in the center, and the furnace shell is insulated and sealed with insulators and sealing fillers.
