Operational misunderstandings that are easy to encounter in the usual use of industrial chillers
Operational misunderstandings that are easy to encounter in the usual use of industrial chillers
Misunderstanding 1: The pressure drop of the chilled water inlet and outlet is adjusted to be higher than the operating parameter when the machine is turned on. When the pressure drop is too high, the inlet and outlet valves of the evaporator of another non-operating unit should be opened. Remove excess water from the evaporator of another unit to reduce the pressure drop. This mode of operation is to artificially increase the operating current of the cold water pump, wasting power resources.
Misunderstanding 2: The water inlet and outlet valves on the evaporator of the inactive unit are not closed first when starting up, causing a part of the chilled water to flow away from the inactive chiller evaporator, which affects the cooling effect of the chiller under working conditions.
In the process of operating industrial chillers, enterprises need to learn the specific steps of turning on and off the equipment carefully. According to the actual use environment, use the correct operation method to start the industrial chiller to avoid equipment failure.
Every time you need to use an industrial chiller, you need to follow the steps in the instruction manual to operate the industrial chiller. If there is an operation method that is different from the requirements, it needs to be corrected in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment, and even causing the service life of the industrial chiller to continue to decrease, which is not conducive to the long-term use of the industrial chiller.
