How to choose a special transformer for induction melting furnace?
How to choose a special transformer for ọkụ na-agbaze ọkụ?
Induction melting furnaces should use special transformers. Now, due to the power supply policy of our country, the transformers used in industrial electricity use are generally S7 and S9 power transformers, and the secondary voltage output is 380V. The secondary output voltage of foreign industrial electric furnaces is 650~780V. It can be seen that if a special transformer for induction melting furnace is used to make the secondary output voltage 650V, when the output power is constant, the output current is reduced to 0.585 times of the original, and the copper loss is approximately reduced to 1/3 of the original. The further reduction of the transformer also reduces the heat generation of the transformer, so that the resistance of the copper coil will not increase due to excessive temperature, the cooling system takes less heat, and the energy-saving effect is significantly increased. In addition, according to needs, the power supply voltage can be adjusted timely during the operation of the furnace to adjust the input power of the furnace, so as to minimize the loss of the induction melting furnace. Therefore, it is imperative to use special transformers for intermediate frequency induction furnaces to increase the voltage.
In addition, limiting the no-load operation of the transformer also plays a certain role in energy saving. In practical applications, when the no-load time exceeds a few hours or when production is stopped, the power should be cut off and the operation of the transformer should be stopped in time, which is more conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction of the transformer and improvement of the power factor.
