There are several types of high-frequency equipment heating surface quenching methods?

High-frequency equipment heating surface quenching methods include continuous heating quenching method, spray quenching method and immersion quenching method.

(1) Immersion quenching method

The immersion method is to put the workpiece directly into the quenching medium. This method is simple and can improve equipment utilization, but it is not suitable for processing large workpieces.

(2) Continuous heating and quenching method

It relies on the continuous rotation and continuous movement of the workpiece to complete the heating and quenching of all surfaces. The continuous quenching method is suitable for workpieces whose surface is heated at the same time when the quenching surface is large, but the equipment power is not sufficient. This method requires a certain quenching machine tool, the workpiece is clamped between the thimbles of the machine tool, and the latter drives the former to rotate and move up and down. The sensor does not move at this time. As the workpiece passes through the inductor, every point on it is rapidly heated, followed by a brief cooling in the air and then a rapid cooling in the water jet.

(3) spray quenching method

Spray quenching is often used after induction heating. That is, through the small hole on the inductor, or the spray device installed near the inductor, the quenching medium is sprayed onto the surface of the heated workpiece to be quenched.
