The insulated hexagonal rod is made of glass fiber filaments impregnated with epoxy resin matrix by high temperature pultrusion. The company adopts a production line with full CNC vacuum demoulding and pultrusion technology. The production line has reached the current international level. It is equipped with an online speed tracker and a temperature control system to improve the uniformity and heat resistance of the insulating rod. It is produced by Bipu FRP and unsaturated resin. The equipment has better stability and controllability. This product is suitable for use in electrolytic aluminum plants, where the short-circuit port of the electrolytic cell is used as an insulating bolt. It is an ideal substitute for MPI insulation bolts.
