How many heating methods are there for induction heating furnaces for forging?
The blank is heated by an induction heating furnace for forging. According to the size of the blank and different heating specifications, it can be divided into the following heating methods. Periodic induction heating. That is, only one blank is placed in the inductor for heating. When the required heating temperature is reached, the power supply is stopped, the heated blank is taken out of the furnace, and a cold blank is placed.
(1) Sequential induction heating. That is, several blanks are placed in the inductor at the same time. During the induction heating process, these blanks are pushed from one end of the inductor to the other at a certain time cycle. A hot blank that has reached the heating temperature. When the cold blank is fed in, the inductor is continuously energized.
(2) Continuous induction heating. That is, the long blank continuously passes through the inductor, and is gradually heated to the required temperature during the constant-speed advance process, and the material is continuously discharged from the discharge end, and the inductor is continuously energized.
In terms of the form of induction heating furnace for forging, it is mainly divided into two types: horizontal and vertical. The loading and unloading and blank feeding mechanism adopts electric, pneumatic or hydraulic transmission.
