One: Selection of current frequency
The correct selection of current frequency is the fundamental guarantee for improving induction heating equipment. When designing induction heating equipment, it should be noted that the electrical efficiency should not be lower than the specified requirements. When the electrical efficiency of the equipment is too low, measures such as transverse flux heating inductors should be adopted to improve the electrical efficiency.
Two: reasonable distribution of conductive length
Induction heating equipment should reasonably distribute the conductive length of each part of the inductor, and the larger the ratio of the expanded length of the effective coil to the length of the conductive plate, the more power that the effective coil can distribute. Therefore, when the length of the conductive plate of the induction heating device is long, a multi-turn inductor should be used in order to increase the effective coil expansion length.
Three: Reduce the contact resistance of the equipment connection surface
There is contact resistance between the contact plate of the induction heating equipment and the joint of the quenching transformer, and between the opening and closing surfaces of the switching inductor. The size of induction heating equipment is related to factors such as contact pressure, contact form, contact area, contact material, etc. Therefore, the larger the contact pressure and contact area of the equipment, the smaller the contact resistance. It can be seen that the surface of induction heating equipment should have a good surface roughness and a certain contact pressure.
Improving the efficiency of induction heating equipment should reduce the offset of the effective coil magnetic field lines and avoid poor design. All in all, if users want to improve the efficiency of induction heating equipment, they should choose the current frequency reasonably, distribute the conductive length reasonably, and reduce the contact resistance of the heating power connection surface.
