Introduction to the structure and working principle of the муздаткыч
The structure and principle of chiller The refrigeration system is mainly composed of condenser, compressor, capillary tube, evaporator and filter drier.
Its working principle is: the gaseous, low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant coming out of the evaporator is sucked into the refrigeration compressor, and the refrigeration compressor compresses it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which is then transferred to the condenser. These gaseous, high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants in the condenser transfer a large amount of heat to the air outside the box to maintain their own temperature so that it is not too high, and then pass through the filter drier, where the refrigerant is dried and filtered out The small amount of moisture and impurities contained in itself, and then the high-pressure refrigerant liquid without moisture impurities is changed into low-pressure and low-temperature wet vapor through the throttling of the capillary tube. The wet steam evaporates and boils, and absorbs the heat from the space around the evaporator to become a low-temperature and low-pressure gas, and is finally sucked into the compressor again, repeating the next cycle. The refrigerant circulates repeatedly in this closed system like this, so that the temperature in the box is lowered, so as to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.
