How much temperature does the bearing hot assembly need to be heated?
How much temperature does the bearing hot assembly need to be heated?
What is the recommended heating temperature for the bearing during hot assembly? How high is the highest degree? Is it ok at 160 degrees to 180 degrees?
The heating temperature should be determined according to the assembly environment temperature, bearing material, fitting diameter, interference and minimum clearance for hot fitting. T=T0+T=T0+(δ+Δ)/(α+d)
Among them T ── heating temperature, °C;
T0── Assembly ambient temperature, °C;
δ── Actual coordination interference, mm;
Δ── Minimum assembly clearance, mm;
α──The linear expansion coefficient of the material;
d── Fitting diameter, mm.
When heating the bearing, the temperature should not exceed 80°C.
The general temperature of bearing heating is 80°C~100°C.
When the inner diameter of the bearing is larger than 70mm, or the fit interference is large, the heating method is generally used to expand the inner hole of the bearing and then heat the sleeve. Generally, the bearing is heated to 80°C, up to 100°C. Exceeding 120°C will cause tempering of the bearing, which will reduce the hardness and accuracy of the bearing ring and affect the service life of the bearing.
The heating temperature can also be calculated and determined according to the assembly environment temperature, the material of the bearing, the diameter of the fit, the amount of interference, and the minimum clearance for hot fitting.
