The force is very strong, so that a large amount of sand and dirt enter the tower, and long-term operation will slowly reduce the heat dissipation capacity of the cooling tower.

1. First flush some loose dirt such as dust, sand, shed algae and corrosion products in the water-cooled chiller system;

2. Start the water pump and inject the algae-killing cleaning agent from the cooling tower of the water-cooled chiller at a rate of 1kg per ton of water. The cleaning time is about 24-48 hours;

3. Add pickling neutralizer from the sewage outlet of the cooling tower of the water-cooled chiller, and after flushing and discharging the sludge, the system adjusts to a low circulating water volume;

4. Mix the cleaning agent with water according to 1:5 and stir evenly, turn on the circulating pump of the water-cooled chiller, and cycle cleaning;

5. Rinse the system 2-3 times with plenty of clean water.
