Introduction of lubrication work in chiller system
Introduction of lubrication work in system chłodniczy
In the chiller system, lubrication is mainly divided into the lubrication of compressors, the lubrication of bearings such as pumps and fans, and the lubrication of other mechanical components.
Compressor lubrication: The compressor is undoubtedly the most important part of the chiller, so the lubrication of the compressor is very important. The lubrication of the compressor is actually to avoid excessive wear and high temperature of various components during its operation, but it is different from other The lubrication condition is that at the same time as the lubrication, the compressor is doing the compression action, and the refrigerant is also involved at this time, so the lubrication of the compressor is more complicated, but it is also the most important.
Lubrication of pumps and fans: This is the most basic lubrication. Both pumps and fans have bearings, and the bearings also need to be lubricated. Of course, the lubricating oil/grease used in the lubrication mentioned here is actually the same as the compressor. Refrigeration lubricants are not in the same category.
Lubrication of other mechanical parts: refer to above.
