Steel shell induction melting furnace accessories: yoke
Steel shell induction melting furnace accessories: yoke
The magnetic yoke is a yoke made of laminated silicon steel sheets. It is evenly and symmetrically divided around the induction coil. Its function is to restrict the induction coil’s leakage magnetic field from spreading out, improve the efficiency of induction and add people, and reduce it as a magnetic shield The heating of metal components such as the furnace frame also plays a role in strengthening the inductor.
The furnace body of the intermediate frequency furnace has a built-in profiled magnetic yoke, and the magnetic yoke shielding can reduce the leakage of magnetic field, prevent the furnace body from heating, and improve the efficiency. At the same time, the yoke plays the role of supporting and fixing the induction coil, so that the furnace body can achieve high strength and low noise.
The yoke is a crescent-shaped yoke made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet and stainless steel plywood. The joint surface of the iron core and the coil is an arc surface, and the pressing part is a surface instead of a line in the past. This kind of structure pressing effect Good, less magnetic flux leakage. After the silicon steel sheet is stacked, it is tightened with a special splint instead of a special through-core screw. This structure can make full use of the magnetic area of the silicon steel sheet and reduce the possibility of local heating in the furnace body of the intermediate frequency induction melting furnace.
The composition and working principle of the yoke
The yoke usually refers to the soft magnetic material that does not produce the magnetic field (magnetic force line), and only transmits the magnetic force line in the magnetic circuit. The yoke is generally made of soft iron, A3 steel and soft magnetic alloy with relatively high permeability. In some cases, the yoke is also made of ferrite material.
Due to the existence of the magnetic yoke, we can transmit the magnetic field lines produced by the wire wrap (coil) and the permanent magnet to the place where we need it. This is a bit like a circuit.
A specially designed water-cooled radiator is installed between the magnetic yoke and the stainless steel plate clamp. When the intermediate frequency induction furnace is in operation, the upper magnetic yoke is guaranteed to be at room temperature to prevent its deformation due to the high temperature of the magnetic yoke, thereby enhancing the The support of the induction coil improves the overall strength of the furnace.
