Mica board, also known as organic silicon soft mica board, is a soft plate-shaped insulating material made of high-temperature organic silica gel glue and B-thick natural muscovite flakes, and processed by baking and pressing. The organic silicon soft mica board has neat edges, uniform thickness, uniform distribution of adhesive paint and mica flakes, no foreign impurities, delamination and flake mica leaks, and it is flexible under normal conditions. Silicone soft mica board is suitable for slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of large steam turbine generators, high-voltage motors, DC motors, outsourcing insulation and soft gasket insulation of electrical coils, and can also be used for various electromechanical equipment, electrical appliances, meters, etc. Winding electric heating equipment is especially suitable for high-temperature insulation of industrial frequency furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, electric arc furnaces, etc. in the steel, metallurgical and other industries. The silicone soft mica board has high heat resistance, dielectric properties and moisture resistance. The heat-resistant grade is H grade, and the mica flat gasket is suitable for slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of small and medium-sized motors at a working temperature of 180℃. The silicone soft mica boards are separated by polyester film or wax paper, wrapped in a plastic film bag, and packed in a wooden box.
