E, 200 intermediate frequency machine application range:

1. Diathermic forging of round steel, square steel, bar and other workpieces with a diameter of less than Φ60mm;

2. Quenching of gears with a diameter of Φ500mm;

3. Φ800mm sprocket is quenched, the single tooth can be quenched with a modulus of about 50mm, and Φ250mm is about shaft quenching, the quenching is uniform, and the effect is good.
