What is the difference between a single rolled steel sheet and a continuous rolled steel sheet?
What is the difference between a single rolled steel sheet and a continuous rolled steel sheet?
Single-rolled steel sheets usually refer to medium-thick plates. The medium-thick plates have been flat plates during rolling and finishing, usually thicker ( 6mm or more) and the width is as fast as 4800mm .
Continuously rolled steel sheets refer to hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel sheets. Continuous-rolled steel sheets are continuously rolled at the end of rolling. After being flattened, they become continuous rolled steel sheets. Due to the existence of curling and flattening processes, continuous rolling steel is continuously rolled. The plates usually have some residual stress and are usually thinner ( less than 25 mm ) (typically 2100 mm or less).
