Process requirements for melting aluminum scraps in a melting furnace.

Process requirements for melting aluminum scraps in a melting furnace.

1. Shuruudaha habraaca

1.1 Before melting the aluminum scraps in the melting furnace, add a half furnace of aluminum water (about 3t) to the proportioning furnace and the adjustment furnace, heat up to 720-760℃ and turn off the fire, add appropriate amount of aluminum scraps, add aluminum scraps and use a slag rake to remove them. The aluminum scraps on the inner surface of the furnace are slowly pressed down into the molten aluminum (to prevent the water in the aluminum scraps from exploding). After pressing down, use the slag rake to stir with a large range. After the full stirring is completed (no open flame or aluminum scrap is allowed on the inner surface of the furnace), add appropriate aluminum scraps as required. The operation requirements are the same as above. When the temperature in the furnace is lower than 680°C, stop adding aluminum scraps, close the furnace door to increase temperature after ignition, and then add aluminum scraps after heating to 720-760°C and turn off the fire. The operation is the same as above.

1.2 After the molten aluminum is filled in the furnace, the temperature is raised to 720-760℃, the slag cleaning agent is added according to 0.2-0.3% of the weight of the molten aluminum, and then the slag is removed. It is necessary to transfer molten aluminum into the melting furnace of the new workshop.

1.3 Adjust the furnace after the aluminum is placed, and half of the molten aluminum must be left in the proportioning furnace, and then perform 2.1

1.4 Adjust the temperature in the furnace to 720-750℃, put the molten aluminum into the tundish, and evenly sprinkle 1 kg of slag cleaning agent when putting aluminum, use 0.5 kg of degassing refining agent for refining after refining, and remove the molten aluminum after refining Transferred to the melting furnace in the new workshop.

1.5 Clean the proportioning furnace and adjustment furnace every three days in a day shift.

2. Requirements for melting aluminum scraps in melting furnace

All returned aluminum chips must be kept dry, clean and free of debris.

The operator must wear complete labor insurance during operation, including mask, labor insurance shoes, gloves, etc.

The used aluminum scraps, the produced aluminum liquid, and aluminum ash must be weighed and recorded.
