Talking about the influence of high exhaust temperature of industrial chiller
We understand that if the discharge temperature of the chiller is too high, it will cause the overheating of the special refrigeration compressor for the chiller. The discharge temperature is an important parameter in the operation of the refrigeration compressor and must be strictly controlled. Next, let’s talk about the impact of excessively high exhaust temperature of industrial chillers.
1. The operator of the industrial chiller should check the overheating environment of the compressor. If the overheating is serious, it will cause the piston to over-expand and become stuck in the cylinder, and it will also cause the built-in electric idea of the blockade compressor to burn.
2. Excessively high exhaust temperature of industrial chiller compressor will directly reduce the air transmission coefficient and increase the shaft power. In addition, the decrease in lubricating oil viscosity will cause abnormal wear of bearings, cylinders, and piston rings, and even cause chaos of burned bearings and cylinders.
3. Once the exhaust temperature of the industrial chiller compressor is too high, it will directly cause the lubricating oil and refrigerant to show thermal differentiation under the catalysis of the metal, and generate acids, free carbon, and moisture that are harmful to the compressor. Free carbon accumulates on the exhaust valve, which not only smashes its tightness, but also increases flow resistance. If the peeled carbon residue is taken out of the compressor, it will block the capillary tube and the dryer. The acid substances will corrode the various components of the chiller refrigeration system and the materials of the power cut-off gas. Moisture will block the capillary.
4. Excessively high exhaust temperature of the compressor will directly affect its service life, because the chemical reaction speed increases with the increase of temperature. Under normal circumstances, if the temperature of the power cut-off edge material rises by 10°C, its life span is reduced by half. This is particularly important for fully enclosed compressors, and we must deeply analyze and summarize. We must limit the discharge temperature of the special refrigeration compressor for chillers, so as to better promote the growth of the industry.
