When two sets of reactors are needed to work, you can Turn on the two sets of induction heating equipment at the same time to prevent the heat exchange area of ​​one set of coil heating device from being insufficient, causing the heat transfer oil temperature to drop too fast when the heating is urgently needed, causing abnormal conditions. The temperature measurement system of the heat conduction oil device adopts a control method in which thermocouples are arranged at the inlet and outlet, which facilitates the closed-loop control of the oil temperature by induction heating.

Advantages of thermal oil induction heating transformation:

1. High-efficiency and energy-saving, high-speed thermal efficiency is more than 95%, and it can save electricity by more than 30% compared with electric heating rod heating method under equal conditions.
