IGBT induction heating power supply in the steel rod quenching and tempering production line is widely concerned
The steel rod quenching and tempering production line adopts IGBT power devices and unique frequency conversion technology with advanced technology. IGBT is a device composed of MOSFET and bipolar transistor. Its input is extremely MOSFET, and its output is extremely PNP transistor. It combines the advantages of these two devices and has the advantages of low drive power and fast switching speed. The bipolar device has the advantages of reducing saturation pressure and large capacity, thereby improving the performance and heating effect of the device.
The output voltage of the high-performance intermediate frequency power supply should have high stability. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the power supply voltage in a closed loop to keep the output voltage constant under both load and no-load conditions. The induction heating equipment uses a thyristor as the parallel resonance induction heating power supply of the power device, giving full play to the super software and hardware functions of the microcomputer. Through the optimal adjustment of the rectifier and inverter, a constant power (maximum power) output can be achieved. The control circuit uses two sets of single-chip microcomputers to control the synchronous triggering of rectifier pulses and the realization of inverter tracking frequency pulses. The automatic tracking of the completion frequency has overcurrent, overvoltage, cut-off and cut-off protection functions, which can complete automatic fault diagnosis and display.
