感應熔煉爐的維護與檢修

合理使用、正確操作、精心維護是感應熔煉爐安全運行、避免故障的重要保證。 在生產線的連續運行中，必須對設備進行良好的維護。

經常清除配電櫃內的灰塵，尤其是中頻電源櫃要清理乾淨。

經常檢查水管是否係緊，及時清除冷卻水管內壁的水垢，保證水流量充足。 老化、破裂的水管必須及時更換。 冷卻池內的污物必須及時清除，以免堵塞水管。

設備應定期檢查和修理，設備各部位的螺栓和螺母連接應定期檢查和擰緊。

定期檢查水壓表。
