The horizontal quenching machine is mainly composed of discharge rollers, fixed brackets, etc., in which the tailstock and the headstock are driven by hydraulic cylinders of the same length and move up and down along the circular guide rails on two parallel planes.

臥式淬火機側面裝有熱交換器，以降低被熱處理材料的溫度。 熱處理物質通過高壓水泵在熱處理物質箱和換熱器之間循環，經換熱器冷卻後的熱處理物質噴出到熱處理爐內被加熱的鋼材中。處理物質箱，工作壓力為0.4MPa。
