Iseti epheleleyo ye ukufudumeza iziko Ukucima izixhobo zeshafti ezinobude obumalunga ne-Φ50mm kunye nobude obungaphantsi kwe-1200mm
Olu luhlu lupheleleyo lwezixhobo zokucima isithando somlilo sokufudumeza zibandakanya:
1) I-Thyristor variable frequency power supply (50 ~ 100kW), kubandakanywa i-transformer yokucima kunye ne-capacitor, i-flow switch kunye nentambo yokudibanisa.
I-2) Umatshini wokucima i-Universal vertical quenching, kubandakanywa indlela yokuphakamisa, ukulawulwa kwesantya esiphezulu kunye nesakhelo sokulungelelanisa i-transformer. Ubude be-clamping yi-1300mm, ubude bokucima yi-1200mm, kunye nobukhulu bobubanzi be-workpiece yi-400mm.
3) Izixhobo zombane zokupholisa inkqubo yokujikeleza kwamanzi, insimbi engenasici kunye nemibhobho yobhedu ecocekileyo (esetyenziswe kwindawo yamanzi athambileyo), itanki yamanzi eplastiki, izixhobo zokulawula umbane kunye nokubeka iliso, umtshintshi wokushisa, ukutshintshwa kobushushu malunga ne-10 ~ 23kW, impompo yamanzi yamanqanaba amaninzi.
4) Ukucima inkqubo yamanzi, amandla okutshintsha ubushushu yi-26000kcal / h (30kW), ukucima amandla okupholisa okuphakathi yi-600 ~ 1000L, isihluzo, ukucima ukupholisa isixhobo sokulawula ubushushu obuphakathi.
