How to quench shaft parts in induction heating furnace

A complete set of induction heating furnace quenching equipment for shafts with a length of about Φ50mm and a length of less than 1200mm

This complete set of induction heating furnace quenching equipment includes:

1) Thyristor variable frequency power supply (50~100kW), including quenching transformer and capacitor, flow switch and connecting cable.

2) Universal vertical quenching machine, including lifting mechanism, top speed regulation and transformer adjustment frame. The clamping length is 1300mm, the quenching length is 1200mm, and the maximum diameter of the workpiece is 400mm.

3) Electrical equipment cooling water circulation system, stainless steel and pure copper pipes (used in the soft water part), plastic water tank, electric control and monitoring instruments, heat exchanger, heat exchange about 10~23kW, multi-stage water pump.

4) Quenching water system, heat exchanger capacity is 26000kcal/h (30kW), quenching cooling medium capacity is 600 ~ 1000L, filter, quenching cooling medium temperature control instrument.
