1, check the equipment

Before using the high-temperature trolley furnace, first check whether the power supply of the equipment is normal, whether there is a short circuit, a short circuit, or a bare wire. Check whether the temperature control system is abnormal, and whether the trolley in and out is normal.

During the operation of the high-temperature trolley furnace, corrosive, volatile, and explosive gases cannot be put into the furnace for processing, which will not only affect the life of the furnace, but also cause safety hazards. The temperature of the electric furnace cannot exceed its rated temperature. For workpieces with too much oxide scale, they need to be cleaned before entering the furnace, which can be brushed with a wire brush. When working, the staff should not operate brutally, and the work should be handled with care to avoid impact. When the circuit is being loaded and unloaded, the power supply must be cut off first to ensure the safety of the operator. After the resistance wire is used, it must not collide and break on one side.

3, regular maintenance

The electric motor of the trolley furnace needs to be checked regularly and lubricated oil is added to avoid damage to the drive shaft due to lack of lubrication. Affect the normal operation of the high-temperature trolley furnace. Regularly check the use of thermal components. Check the usage of the meter and thermocouple regularly.
