The production process and process of mica paper
The production process and process of iphepha lemica
The production process and flow of mica paper are as follows:
The production process of mica paper mainly includes seven steps of crushing, grading, pulping, papermaking, forming, pressing and drying. Among them, the four steps of papermaking, forming, pressing and drying are quite mature processes in the production of mica paper. Therefore, the three processes of mica crushing, classification and pulping are the most important parts of the entire mica paper production process. The quality of each process directly affects the quality and performance indicators of the mica paper. Crushing is the basis of mica paper production. Only by using a suitable crushing method can mica flakes with smooth surface, uniform particle size and large diameter-to-thickness ratio be obtained without destroying the physical properties of natural mica; classification is the key to mica paper production. Through classification, the particle size that does not meet the papermaking requirements can be eliminated, and the particle size suitable for mica papermaking is retained; pulping is the core of mica paper production. After the classification process, mica powder that meets the papermaking requirements is obtained, and only a certain proportion is used to prepare the pulp. In order to obtain the formula required for the production of high-performance mica paper, high-performance mica paper can be produced.
