Aluminum ingot heating medium frequency induction heating furnace

Aluminum ingot heating medium frequency induction heating furnace

There are many medium-frequency induction heating equipment for aluminum ingots. Wire factories and aluminum processing plants use medium-frequency induction heating aluminum ingots before extrusion of aluminum wires and aluminum profiles. Medium frequency induction heating furnaces for aluminum ingots are manufactured in China or imported from abroad.

The domestically manufactured GJO-800-3 type intermediate frequency induction heating furnace is used for heating 3500t horizontal extruded aluminum and aluminum alloy solid round ingots before extrusion. The replacement of the inductor can heat the diameter of 142mm, 162mm, 192mm, 222mm, 272mm Solid and hollow spindles with a length of 250 ~ 850min and 362mm. The main technical data are as follows

Rated power: 800kW

Rated voltage: 380V (maximum 415V, minimum 150V)

Number of phases 3

Aluminum ingot size: outer diameter 62mm

Length 250 ~ 850mm

Maximum temperature: 550℃

Maximum productivity: 3000kg/h

Cooling water: water pressure>3 Pa

Water volume is about 18t/h

The entire heating process of the furnace from feeding, heating, and discharging can be controlled by a program, or it can be operated manually, which is easy to adjust and adapt to the productivity of the extruder.

The inductor is single-phase, has a magnetic conductor, and the coil is wound with a special-shaped pure copper tube. The three-phase power supply uses a balancing reactor and a balancing capacitor to balance the three-phase load.

There are two types of medium-frequency induction heating furnaces for aluminum ingots imported from abroad, single-phase and three-phase, but none of them have magnetic conductors. The coils are wound with special-shaped pure copper tubes. The external structure is shown in Figure 1248. The technical data of a 600kW aluminum ingot intermediate frequency induction heating furnace is as follows

Power: 600kW

Cast aluminum ingot: 162mm x 720mm, 40kg/piece

Heating temperature: 450r, maximum temperature 550℃

Productivity: 46 pieces/h (heating temperature 450 no time)

Transformer secondary voltage: 106, 102, 98, 94, 90, 86, 82, 78, 75V

Cooling water: pressure one (2 -4MPa)

Water volume-400 L/ min

Inlet water temperature: below 30 degrees.

The inductor is three-phase, delta-connected, without magnets, and the number of turns of the three-phase coil is> ab=39 turns, bc=37 turns, and ca=32 turns. The inner diameter of the coil is 0190mm, and the length of the coil is 1510mm, that is, two aluminum ingots are placed in the coil. The coil is wound with a special-shaped pure copper tube with a width of 12mm and a height of 24mm. The 5-turn coil at the junction of the two phases is wound with a special-shaped pure copper tube with a width of 10mm and a height of 24mm. The intention is to increase the two phases of the inductor. The strength of the magnetic field at the junction. Due to the small number of turns of the coil, the terminal voltage of the induction coil is only 94V in actual production and use, and the current on the coil is several thousand amperes. Therefore, this type of inductor has low heating efficiency and consumes electricity per unit product heated by aluminum ingots. The amount is larger.
