Common production and molding methods of refractory products. With the help of external forces and models, the process of making clay into a bad body or product with a certain size, shape and strength is called molding. There are many molding methods for refractory materials, which are generally divided into three types according to the moisture content of the billet.

Semi-dry method: The water content of the billet is about 5%

Plastic method: The water content of the blank is about 15%.

Grouting method: billet moisture content is about 40%

There are also vibration molding, 500~1500℃ hot pressing and isostatic pressing.
