Installation method of high temperature electric furnace wire

Installation method of high temperature electric furnace wire

(1) Before installing the electric furnace wire, check the furnace thoroughly to remove the hidden dangers of ferrite, carbon formation and other contact with the furnace body, and avoid short circuits to prevent the furnace wire from breaking down;

(2) Before installing the electric furnace wire, check and measure the cold resistance according to the circuit diagram, generally not exceeding ±5%;

(3) The iron-chromium-aluminum stove wire must be handled with care, do not hard pull during installation, bend near the welding place, or beat on the stove wire;

(4) Before installing the iron-chromium-aluminum furnace wire, adjust it outside the furnace, and if necessary, bend and compress it with gas welding and roasting;

(5) When installing the electric furnace wire, it must be connected correctly according to the designed method;

(6) The less contact between the electric furnace wire and the refractory brick, the better;

(7) The pitch of the electric furnace wire should be evenly distributed according to the requirements of the drawings to avoid uneven density;

(8) The electric furnace wire is welded to the lead rod, and all electrodes should be of the same material as the furnace wire. For iron-chromium-aluminum furnace wires, nickel-chromium alloy electrodes can be used when the furnace temperature is lower than 950℃, and iron-chromium-aluminum electrodes can be used when the furnace temperature is higher than 950℃;

(9) The welding part of the lead rod and the electric furnace wire must be firm to avoid the phenomenon of overheating and burning of the welding part;

(10) When the lead rod is inserted into the ceramic tube, minimize the contact between the electric furnace wire and the lead rod and the refractory brick;

(11) After installation, the insulation resistance between the furnace wire and the ground must be checked.
