Characteristics of soft mica board

The soft mica board is a plate-shaped insulation material formed by bonding thin mica with adhesive or bonding thin mica on one-sided or double-sided reinforcement materials with adhesive, and is restricted by baking. It is suitable for motor slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation.

The soft mica board should have neat edges and evenly spread the adhesive. The appearance of foreign impurities, delamination and gaps between the slices is not allowed. It should be flexible under normal conditions and the storage period is 3 months.
