How to check the thyristor working temperature of induction heating furnace?
Regularly use a temperature measuring gun to observe the temperature of the thyristor of the induction heating furnace, the temperature of the resistance-capacitance protection resistor and the working temperature of the piezoresistor. The temperature measurement time is divided into 3 stages: the first temperature measurement is about 5 to 10 minutes after the machine is running the first furnace of molten steel with about one-third of the power turned on. The second time is to test again when the molten steel is almost full. Then, the temperature is measured for the third time at the end of the smelting, which is the last furnace at full power today. Of course, the above three temperature measurements need to be recorded in order to find and solve problems in time. If it is found that the resistance temperature of the rectifier resistance-capacitance protection is obviously different from that of other resistances, you should immediately check whether the capacitor is open or the resistance is damaged, etc. Generally, the reactor will obviously have a buzzing sound when it is turned on, and it will feel a little jittery.
