Why is the chiller liquid storage tank installed after the condenser?

There is no doubt that the refrigerant after the condensation process of the chiller is liquid. The reason why it is liquid is that the refrigerant is high temperature and high pressure after being compressed by the compressor and discharged through the discharge end of the compressor. Only after passing through the condenser can the refrigerant become liquid.

Of course, before the evaporator, including when the filter is dried, and when passing through the expansion valve, the refrigerant is liquid. Why not set up liquid storage tanks in these positions? This is because condensation is the first time that the refrigerant is converted from gas to liquid, so the liquid storage tank will be installed here, and it is the most reasonable to install the liquid storage tank here.
