Preparation method of mica board pigment

The preparation methods of mica board pigments mainly include gas phase method and liquid phase method.

The gas phase method uses gaseous precursor reactants to form a thin film on a mica substrate to prepare pearlescent pigments. The coated mica is synthesized by chemical vapor deposition. Titanium dioxide is a powder produced by the reaction of titanium tetrachloride and ethyl acetate.
